Can I enquire on FOB or CIF terms?
Yes. Share the destination port and your preferred terms. The quotation will confirm the agreed shipping basis.
What is the payment policy?
Rice orders are discussed on an irrevocable letter-of-credit basis. The detailed LC requirements must be agreed before shipment.
Can inspection be requested?
Tell us your required inspection agency, tests and documentation. The scope and arrangements must be agreed in writing; inspection is not implied by a general product enquiry.
Does Safi Impex supply only rice?
No. Safi Impex is an import–export company. Rice is our current main focus; Rhodes grass, silage and other product enquiries can also be discussed.
